At LuxPetal, we want your shopping experience to be simple, reliable, and enjoyable from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

Shipping Destination

LuxPetal currently ships only within the United States.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Every order is carefully prepared before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Method

We use Standard Shipping for all orders.

Estimated Transit Time

  • 3–5 business days

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, including processing and shipping time.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.
