All approved returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

Please use the approved return label whenever applicable to help ensure your return is processed promptly.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxpetal.shop.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

 

6. No Exchanges

At this time, LuxPetal does not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or style, you may place a new order after your refund has been processed.

 

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged after delivery, or are returned without their original packaging.
