1. What products does LuxPetal offer?

LuxPetal offers a carefully curated collection of women's handbags, shoulder bags, and clutch bags designed for everyday use, work, travel, and special occasions.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


4. How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed, standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days.

Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and tags.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

No. At this time, LuxPetal does not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may place a new order after your refund has been processed.


9. How long do refunds take?

After your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.


10. Is there a restocking fee?

No.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.


11. Which payment methods do you accept?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we'll do our best to assist you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxpetal.shop.

Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.
